IIAM conducts periodic mock interviews for all students to assess their preparedness and provide focused training inputs, enabling them to meet industry requirements effectively.

As management education is largely situation-based, the institute adopts a diverse teaching approach to help students gain a better understanding of management concepts. To facilitate effective learning, IIAM engages a mix of full-time faculty, part-time faculty, visiting faculty, adjunct faculty, and guest faculty, bringing together academic expertise and industry experience.

Corporate Exposure Programs
To provide corporate exposure, learning begins with case studies and assignments, followed by mini projects at the end of the first semester and a minimum 8-week paid or unpaid internship at the end of the second semester. These experiences prepare students to undertake a thesis-based project in the third semester.

Who is eligible for PGDM admissions? .
Graduates with minimum 50% marks from recognised universities are eligible. Final year students awaiting results may also apply provisionally.
Which entrance exams are accepted? .
CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, State CET and IIAM-CET scores are all accepted for the admissions process.
Is work experience mandatory? .
No, work experience is not mandatory. However, candidates with relevant experience may be given preference during the selection process.
Are internships available during the program? .
